Chris's Story

MY BACKGROUND

Cut me in half, and you'll find the word business throughout my core.

Born into a business family who ran Fruit shops, my entire childhood was spend in & around business.

When I was 19 years old I started my own Upholstery Business and through the years I have run, bought & sold numerous businesses.

I've been through the ups & downs of business and had many wins along the way.

GROWING A BUSINESS

Finding a system that stopped the constant trial & error.

Eventually after 28 years in business dealing with the ups & downs of business, I teamed up with a business coach who showed me a different way. The proven framework & systems that we put in place allowed me to reduce my time spent running the business to 1 hour a week and I installed a manager to run the business day to day.

So I can safely say that what I am going to show you works in the real world. I have used it on my own business and it allowed me to then sell the business and become a coach so that I now help other business owners, just like you, do the same.

BECOMING A COACH

I Know The Obstacles You Face

Having been through this in the real world, so I really do understand what it is like when you are engulfed in the business and also what is needed to get you up and on top of the business so that you create a lifestyle of your dreams.

I am passionate about this in particular as one of the big downs I faced in my journey came when I was 34 years old. I had a good business and had just bought a big family home for the future. I then I had the devastating diagnosis of cancer and with two young kids and a big mortgage we struggled to just survive.

At that time the business needed me to make it work and we practically lost everything. Obviously I survived and went on to thrive again but the lesson here became obvious. If your business needs you every day then you have no long term security

For the last 10 years I have been working as a coach professionally helping my clients to grow and create a great life for themselves.

A Manufacturing Engineering company went from £3.5m to over £10m turnover. & profits from £168K to over £1m

A Trade Manufacturer added £400,000 to turnover whilst also adding £330,000 to their Gross Profit & put a manager in to run it so he could enjoy a great lifestyle.
